Barbell Incline Chest Press:

Instructions

Preparation

Lie supine on incline bench. Dismount barbell from rack over upper chest using wide oblique overhand grip.

Execution

Lower weight to upper chest. Press bar until arms are extended. Repeat.

 

Get Fit. Get TRYM. BE YOU!!!
